Mooreland Partners advises Shenick Network Systems on its sale to Aeroflex Holding Corp

(“Aeroflex”) (NYSE: ARX). Shenick, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and with operations in Milpitas, CA, is a leading provider of virtualized IP test and measurement solutions to major network equipment manufacturers and service providers. The Company tests and validates today’s complex cloud computing environments which increasingly rely on software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV) technologies.
