MUNICH – January 18, 2019 – Mooreland Partners, the leading independent investment bank providing M&A and private capital advisory services to global technology and growth industries, today announced that it served as exclusive financial advisor to global building and infrastructure software provider Nemetschek SE on its acquisition of Axxerion Group B.V., a market leading SaaS provider for digital building management.
Nemetschek is a leading provider of software for architects, engineers and the construction industry. Based in Munich, Germany, publicly traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and with over 2,000 employees, Nemetschek develops and distributes solutions for designing, building and managing buildings and real estate.
Based in the Netherlands, Axxerion offers workflow-based cloud solutions for facility, property, and real estate management. Axxerion has built a strong position in the €20 billion+, dynamically growing building operations market. Axxerion provides its management information system for facility and property automation on a SaaS basis. Its software streamlines business processes, including workflow management, contract management, requests, and maintenance management. With a workforce of nearly 100 people, Axxerion delivers multi-tenant software to nearly 2,000 customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the US.
Axxerion will be integrated with MCS Solutions, a subsidiary of Nemetschek SE, which provides technology and consulting to improve the performance of building portfolios. Mooreland Partners previously advised Nemetschek on the acquisition of MCS Solutions, which was announced in August 2018.
