MYCOM OSI is a leading software vendor providing service assurance, analytics, and automation solutions to mobile network operators which are used to enable a wide range of digital services and to manage complex networks and IT operations. MYCOM OSI’s software platform is widely used to tackle issues of quality assurance, performance management and fault management in an integrated manner. Inflexion Private Equity is acquiring MYCOM OSI from shareholders including Clearlake Capital, Founder and Chairman Siamak Sarbaz, and management. William Blair served as co-advisor, alongside Mooreland Partners, to MYCOM and its shareholders on the sale to Inflexion. MYCOM OSI senior management will continue to drive the development of the company.
