| Paul joined Mooreland as Principal in 2007. He brings over 13 years of experience in technology investment banking and finance. Prior to Mooreland, Paul was a Principal with SVB Alliant's Global Hardware M&A Group. Prior to SVB Alliant, Paul was a Vice President with Broadview International LLC, where he specializeds in M&A advisory in various technology industries including optical components, embedded systems and capital equipment. |

His transaction experience includes completing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements and restructurings. Prior to Broadview, Paul practiced public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick in its technology practice. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in accounting and an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles with an emphasis in corporate strategy and finance. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant.
