| Charlie joined Mooreland as Managing Director in 2007. Charlie has been in investment banking for over 20 years, during which time he has been involved in over 100 completed domestic and cross-border transactions. Most recently at SVB Alliant, Charlie was a managing director and Co-Head of the Global Hardware M&A Group.
His group was responsible for advisory services to clients in the semiconductor, components and clean energy sectors Prior to SVB Alliant, Charlie was a managing director of technology investment banking at CIBC World Markets and led the semiconductor and electronics banking practice. |

At CIBC, he completed a number of cross-border M&A transactions into Asia, Europe and Canada. Previously, Charlie was a senior member of the technology investment banking groups at both Paine Webber and Prudential Securities. Earlier in his career, Charlie was active in finance and management in the solar and renewable energy sectors. He received a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from USC.
