| Brian joined Mooreland as Principal in 2007. He has more than 12 years of experience in technology investment banking and industry. Prior to Mooreland, Brian was a Principal at SVB Alliant where he was a member of the firm's Global Hardware M&A Group, focusing on semiconductors for enterprise, networking and telecom applications, and on the clean energy sector. |

Previously, Brian focused on investment banking for the clean tech sector at Pacific Growth Equities, and on the electronics sector as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets and FleetBoston Financial Corporation. During his career, Brian has completed numerous buy and sell-side M&A Transactions, as well as private and public equity and debt offerings. He began his career as a chemical engineer. He has worked for both Chevron Texaco Corporation and Tyco Electronics. He received a BS in engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Cornell University.
