Based in London, Patrick is a Managing Director of Mooreland Partners and co-founder of Mooreland's European practice.
Patrick is a former partner at Broadview Holdings, a global information technology merger and acquisition advisory and investment firm, where he focused on the communications software and services industries.

Over nearly ten years, Patrick played a leading role in building Broadview's London business into one of the pre-eminent European M&A technology advisory firms. Patrick led the development of Broadview's principal investing activities in Europe founding and becoming a Director of Kennet Capital, which between 1997 and 2000 raised over $300m of capital. As an advisor, he has completed more than 50 transactions across a range of technology sectors.
Prior to joining Broadview, Patrick was a founder of Barclays de Zoete Wedd Limited's communications software & services M&A practice. He also worked for County Natwest Limited's corporate finance team, having initially trained as an industrial engineer for Schweppes Limited. At County NatWest he project managed the installation of the back office and front office systems to support a 400 desk dealing room operation. At Schweppes Limited he was the Group project manager responsible for installing one of the UK's first company-wide ERP systems.
Patrick is also non-Executive Chairman of Celona Technologies, a London-based communications software company. He is a Director of a non-for-profit preparatory school based in Lymington, England and, together with his wife, runs a 400 acre farm in the Isle of Wight.
Patrick is a graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge University, and studied for his MBA at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He is bilingual in English and French.
