Peter joined Mooreland Partners in 2004 from Level (3) Communications where he held roles in M&A, strategic planning, and business development. At Level (3) he focused on Softswitch-based services, the ISP industry, long-haul fiber optic technology, and local access deployment. Previously Peter was an equity research associate with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, is a CFA Charter holder, and has a degree in Finance from Georgetown University.
