Henry is a Managing Director with Mooreland Partners, focused on the Communications Industry. He has more than 15 years of investment banking and operating management experience within the communications sectors. He specializes in communications equipment and software and advises companies in industry sectors such as wireless and wireline systems, infrastructure equipment, and security software.

Previously, Henry was a Managing Director at SG Cowen where he was the global head of the Communications Services and Infrastructure Technology Group. Henry was responsible for client relationships and transaction execution across an extensive client base in the US and Europe. While at SG Cowen, Henry completed capital markets and advisory transactions totaling more than $15 billion in value.
Prior to SG Cowen, Henry served as a Director and member of the High Technology Group at Prudential Volpe where he was responsible for the group's Communications Technology effort. In addition, Henry spent three years in the Equity Capital Markets group, which is responsible for structuring, marketing and pricing all public equity new issues including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, convertibles and equity derivatives.
Prior to joining Prudential Volpe, Henry spent five years with Millicom International Cellular SA, a pioneer in emerging market cellular telephony, in a business development capacity.
Henry received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
