Victor joined Mooreland in 2009, and is a senior member of the Enterprise Software and Industrial Technologies and Electronics industry practice groups. Victor has played a key role in a number of the firm’s most notable cross-border transactions for European clients, such as the sale of Endomondo to Under Armour, the sale of Universal Robots to Teradyne, and the growth capital investment by Insight Venture Partners in SonarSource.
Prior to joining Mooreland, Victor was a senior technology banker at Nomura, covering large cap European technology. Victor began his investment banking career at Broadview International, practicing M&A in the technology sector. Before joining Broadview, Victor worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he was part of the International Business Structuring Group.
Victor earned a first class bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Exeter in the UK. He holds dual British and Spanish citizenship and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
