Louis joined Mooreland in 2011, and is a senior member of the Enterprise Software and Industrial Technologies and Electronics teams. Since that time, Louis has executed over 30 transactions and played a role in closing transactions across multiple sectors with clients and counterparties based throughout Europe, US and Asia. Louis is a Singaporean and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, and therefore plays a key role facilitating cross-border transactions involving Chinese and Asian counterparties.
Prior to joining Mooreland, Louis was a member of Sardis Capital, a technology focused M&A advisory firm. Louis began his career at EFG Eurobank and EFG Private Bank, both subsidiaries of EFG International in Switzerland, as a relative value trader specializing in derivative strategies and automated trading platforms as well as responsible for managing a money market portfolio valued at €2 billion.
Louis holds a First Class Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) as well as a Masters Degree in Finance from Imperial College, London.
