Victor is a Managing Director in Mooreland Partners' London office. He joined Mooreland in 2009 having advised technology corporates predominantly in areas regarding M&A and corporate finance since the late nineties. He has been involved in numerous transactions, across Europe, the US and Asia. At Mooreland, Victor focuses on enterprise software, electronics and industrial technology clients.
Prior to joining Mooreland, Victor was a senior member of the technology investment banking group at Nomura, the global investment bank, since 2002. During his tenure at Nomura, Victor was responsible for the origination and execution of cross-border M&A and financing transactions across the technology and clean energy sectors. Victor has transacted in a number of technology sub sectors, including electronics/semiconductors, communications equipment and software, enterprise software, IT services, solar technology, wind energy and biofuels.
Prior to his time at Nomura, Victor was a member of the London team at Broadview International, a global technology sector-focused M&A advisory and investment firm, since acquired by Jefferies. Before joining Broadview, Victor worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where he was part of the International Business Structuring Group and focused on serving the firm's multinational clients in the technology sector.
Victor earned a first class bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Exeter in the UK. He holds dual British and Spanish citizenship and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
