| Founded in 2003 in Greenwich CT, Mooreland was established to provide world-class investment banking services to technology companies. In 2005, we expanded our operations to include an office in London to better serve our growing European client base. In 2007, we further expanded by entering into Silicon Valley to better cover this technology market. Throughout our development we have focused on building a client service team which brings together significant transaction experience, operational management and investing experience to better serve our clients. By increasing our understanding of the business issues they face, we are able to offer our clients seasoned perspectives as they undertake strategic initiatives. |
